We take the culture of our team serious! We have a culture of success, we are not a team that is open to anyone with a license. Agents applying will go through a screening process and we typically only hire 1 out of every 25 agents we interview. By properly screening agents, we make sure ahead of time that we are investing in an agent that takes their career just as serious as we do.
